It's January 8th, and it's fucking raining outside and there's no snow on the ground.
We'd better get some snow this year, cuz i spent 400 dollars on snow tires!
I want to go sledding!
I want to go Skiing!
I want to go ice skating!
I want to build a huge snowman!
I want to make snow angels
I want to have a snowball fight!
I want to have to shovel!

I haven't done an actual update on here in a long time..
So, what's new...
I have switched my major(again). This will be my 5th official major (7th unofficial). So, now I'm going into 'Clinical Laboratory Sciences.' It kinda creeps me out that I'm going into this because this is what my mom does. She came in my 4th and 7th grade science classes and did a presentation of what she does at work and I always thought it was really cool. So now I'm wishing I hadn't taken 5 years to finally decide that I would go into what I've wanted to do since 4th grade. If all goes as planned I have this coming semester, a couple summer classses, and then next fall semester. Then i have to do a 5 month internship. I will be placed at bell, another small hospital in the UP, northern WI (Ashland) or in Duluth. After that 5 months i have 2 more semesters, and then another internship this one 6 months, in which i will be placed at either MGHS, or Mayo Clinc in Rochester MN. I'm pretty excited about this.. Hopefully this one will stick unlike the past 4.. haha
Next semester I will be taking chemistry, Obtaining a Blood Specimen, Intro to diagnostic sciences, Urie and body fluid analysis, Clinical Hematology, Coagulation, Immunohematology, clinical Immunology, and Serology. I'm definitly not going to be much fun next semester. I have 6 labs and those take up a lot of time. I'm also going to try to get a job at the Biolife plasma place. A friend of mine works there and apparently they pay 80% of tuition for NMU. That would be really nice since im taking 8 years to go thru school and costing my parents twice as much as they expected. Also it kinda has to do with my new major too so it would be a good experience working there.
It's really hard to go to class for the rest of this semester considering that not even one of my classes count for anything any more.
Other than all that nothing else is really going on in my life.. at least nothing new.

AND, I sold my crapalier for 500 dollars...
which is about $450 more than I thought I would get for it |

Well I officially survived the first 2 weeks of school! yay! Classes are alright, a little tougher this semester than last. All my teachers seem cool... then again they all do, till after the drop deadline, then their evil side shows thru! AHH!!
I have 18 credits this semester, so I have a lot of work ahead of me:( Also, I joined HPS (Health Promotion Society) which is a group that volunteers around the community in events like the shore run, relay for life, hoofin' for heifer, make a difference day, ect... And I'm volunteering for Habitat for Humanity. I just got another job today too. Just a part time job to pay my bills, and so I can support my shopping habit:) So, I'll be working at Jack's, and probably a little at the daycare
It's been stressful around here since last wednesday, but things are definitly starting to look up!!
Bowling starts tonight, so I'm sure that will be fun this year. Kat came up with our team name, it is the inTIMidators. I think it's a good name!:) Kat got T-shirts made for the team too with the name on the back, and of course I put my name on the front in rhinestones:)
I'm going to Chicago in a couple weeks (My birthday weekend.. Sept. 22-25). My grandma, aunt, mom, cousin, Darcie, and I are all going to go see Wicked, and just have a fun girls weekend!! Then the second week of October my Aunt Sabrina is coming up from Arizona. I can't wait!! Yay!!!
